In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the f977 website at https://f977.io and all associated sub-pages, mobile applications, and services operated under the f977 brand.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or uses any service offered by f977.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts granted to a Player subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which is the sole transaction currency on f977.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, slot title, or any other game of chance or skill offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by f977 before processing withdrawals or approving accounts for higher transaction limits.

2.1  You must be at least 21 years of age to register on f977 and use any of its services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. f977 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2  Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on f977. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different identity, or through any proxy arrangement — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances subject to investigation.

2.3  You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of f977 complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. f977 does not provide legal advice. If you are unsure whether online betting is lawful in your location, you should seek independent legal counsel before registering.

2.4  During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

2.5  f977 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason for doing so.

3.1  You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential at all times. f977 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2  If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify f977 immediately by contacting [email protected]. f977 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

3.3  You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting f977 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the completion of any required KYC procedures.

3.4  Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no bet placed) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. f977 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳50 per calendar month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero. You will receive advance notice by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

4.1  f977 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No other payment methods are accepted. f977 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, third-party transfers, or payments from accounts not registered in the Player's own name.

4.2  The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳200,000. Players on the VIP Diamond tier may be eligible for higher single-transaction limits subject to written agreement with the f977 VIP management team.

4.3  All deposits are credited to the Player's account balance immediately upon confirmation of the transaction from the relevant payment provider. f977 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

4.4  Withdrawal requests will be processed within an average of 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional KYC verification is required. f977 targets same-day settlement for all withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST (UTC+6).

4.5  The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the f977 finance team. f977 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.

4.6  Funds deposited on f977 may not be used for any purpose other than placing bets and playing games on the Platform. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of holding or transferring money without engaging in genuine betting activity is prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable financial regulations.

5.1  All bets placed on f977 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event type, and market. These rules are published on the relevant event pages and in the f977 sports betting rules documentation. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific sport-by-sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

5.2  Cricket markets on f977 — including but not limited to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant domestic board). f977 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation and to void bets where an event is abandoned, postponed, or where the result is subject to an official inquiry or DLS method recalculation.

5.3  f977 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance in full. f977 will notify affected Players within 48 hours of voiding any bet on these grounds.

5.4  The maximum payout for any single bet or accumulator is ৳5,000,000. Any winnings calculated to exceed this cap will be limited to ৳5,000,000 and the excess will not be paid out. Players are advised to review individual market payout limits before placing large-stake wagers.

5.5  Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by f977's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. All bets are final upon acceptance.

6.1  f977's casino and slot games are provided in partnership with licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is published on the individual game information page.

6.2  Live casino games (including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti) are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. f977 is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by the game provider's infrastructure. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game provider's own protocols, and f977 will credit or debit accordingly.

6.4  Maximum bet limits apply to all casino and slot games and are displayed within each game interface. f977 reserves the right to reduce a Player's maximum bet limit at any time where betting patterns suggest advantage play, bonus abuse, or any other activity inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour.

7.1  f977 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2  Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all f977 promotions:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire after this period.
• Wagering on certain game categories (including but not limited to live casino table games and certain high-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. Applicable rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• f977 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice to Players.

7.3  Only one bonus may be active at a time per account. Players who attempt to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses through different account registrations or payment methods will be considered in violation of these Terms.

7.4  VIP loyalty points earned through the f977 VIP programme are redeemable as Taka cashback subject to the VIP programme rules, which are available on the /vip page. VIP points have no cash value until redeemed and may not be transferred between accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f977. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or any assumed identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human instruction for each individual action.
• Colluding with other Players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in f977's systems to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identification or age verification documents during KYC procedures.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at f977 staff or other Players via any support or communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any portion of f977's software, odds data, or content without express written permission.

9.1  All content on f977 — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, odds, and the f977 brand mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of f977 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any f977 intellectual property without express prior written consent.

9.2  Game content and related assets are the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and are used by f977 under licence. Any unauthorised use of game assets is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights as well as these Terms.

10.1  f977 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f977 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.4  The maximum aggregate liability of f977 to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your f977 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1  f977 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering on f977, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

13.1  f977 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where f977 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct; (c) account activity presents a risk to f977, other Players, or third parties; or (d) f977 is required to do so by applicable law or a lawful authority.

13.2  Where an account is suspended or closed by f977 due to a breach of these Terms, f977 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of its investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

13.3  Where an account is closed by f977 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (for example, f977 withdrawing services from a particular jurisdiction), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player in full via their registered payment method within 10 business days of the closure notice.

14.1  f977 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, f977 will provide notice to Players via the email address registered on their account and/or via a prominent on-site notification, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

14.2  Your continued use of f977 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using f977 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms.

14.3  The version of these Terms displayed on the /terms-conditions page at any given time is the current, authoritative version. No prior version shall have effect after the publication of a newer version.

15.1  These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of f977's platform.

15.2  In the event of any dispute between you and f977 regarding your account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other matter, you should first contact f977 customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. f977 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

The disputes resolution team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
